Speak to an NEG member about the kit you will need for events but other than your own biking gear, high viz jackets and trousers will be given to you by Welsh Cycling. You will need a white flip front helmet and a radio.

Welsh Cycling

Welsh Cycling is the national governing body of cycling in Wales, based at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome in Newport, with regional hubs in North and West Wales. Welsh Cycling provides guidance and support to all forms of cycling in Wales. Whether you are a competitor in one of the six sporting disciplines (Mountain Bike, Cyclo-Cross, Road, Track, BMX and Cycle Speedway), a member of a cycling club, a social rider, cycle commuter, or a dedicated volunteer we want to help you enjoy cycling.

NEG GB

The National Escort Group GB (NEGGB) is an organisation that provides skilled motorcycle marshals for a variety of sporting events held on the UK public highway and aims to enhance and maximise the safety for competitors, officials and members of the general public alike.
